Butterfly is committed to consistently providing high–quality table tennis equipment to all our customers both in Japan and overseas. However, we have recently confirmed that there are items circulating in the market that have been independently modified by third parties through additional processing, printing, or other alterations (hereinafter referred to as “modified products”), from the genuine products that were manufactured and sold by our company. It has been confirmed that these modified products, including rubbers, blades, and game shirts, etc., that have undergone specification changes or processing not managed or authorized by our company, are being sold on domestic and international e–commerce platforms and flea market sites.
Depending on the extent and nature of the modifications, these modified products may adversely affect product quality and performance. In addition, customers may end up purchasing such products at unjustifiably high prices, resulting in unfair profits for those selling modified products and potential disadvantages for customers. We therefore urge you to exercise caution.
When purchasing our products, we recommend purchasing from our authorized retailers.
